A customer who makes a purchase for purposes unrelated to their business activity has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. In this case, it is necessary to inform HYDROTRADE about this decision by emailing info@hydrotrade.pl. The ordered product must be returned within 14 days from the date of notifying HYDROTRADE of the withdrawal from the contract.
The product must be securely packed, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. Depending on the destination, customers incur additional fees related to the collection of the parcel. These fees may include VAT, local taxes, customs duties, and other duties.
The customer is solely responsible for the above-mentioned fees, even in the event of a forced return of the shipment. Please note that all duty and stamp duties incurred in connection with the purchase by the customer will not be refunded.
