Sales Conditions

I. General Provisions

  1. The owner of the online store www.cncfilters.com, hereinafter referred to as the STORE, is the company HYDROTRADE Poland, Arkadiusz Waliczek, 43-200 Pszczyna, ul. Piwowarska 24/5, NIP: 638 116 23 39, REGON: 072319501, entered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, supervised by the Minister of Entrepreneurship and Technology in Poland, hereinafter referred to as HYDROTRADE.

  2. By placing an order in the Store, you accept the provisions of these Sales Conditions.

II. Customer Registration

  1. The Customer is obliged to fill in the order form truthfully and accurately.

III. Acceptance and Execution of Orders

  1. The Store offers industrial goods.
    1.1. Placing an order shall be understood as completing the order form on the Store’s website.

  2. A natural person placing an order must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.

  3. Orders are confirmed electronically (via e-mail). Orders that cannot be confirmed will not be processed, and the Ordering Party will be notified by e-mail (if a valid e-mail address has been provided).

  4. HYDROTRADE reserves the right to withdraw from the order if the data provided by the Buyer is incomplete. Providing a valid e-mail address and telephone number facilitates resolving any doubts regarding the order.

  5. Prices shown include shipping costs unless the detailed offer of a specific product on the Store’s website states otherwise.

  6. HYDROTRADE undertakes to confirm the order within 48 hours of receiving it. This period may be extended if it falls on non-working days (weekends or public holidays).

  7. The order fulfillment time is up to 4 weeks (the deadline is always confirmed at the moment the sales contract is concluded, i.e., upon payment being credited to the HYDROTRADE bank account).

  8. Each transaction will be confirmed by an invoice in accordance with applicable Polish law.

  9. Personal collection at the HYDROTRADE headquarters is not possible.

  10. Placing an order also requires acceptance of the commercial terms offered by HYDROTRADE at the time the completed form is submitted. The transaction is considered complete once the funds have been credited to the HYDROTRADE bank account. Placing an order via the bank transfer option (see payment methods on the website) is valid for 5 working days. Payments made after this period for issued pro forma invoices will be treated as partial deposits and must be settled in accordance with the current offer if prices or terms have changed. In such cases, the Customer must contact HYDROTRADE to adjust the payment.

  11. A Customer purchasing goods for purposes unrelated to their business activity has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Information about withdrawal must be sent to HYDROTRADE via e-mail: info@hydrotrade.pl

  12. In accordance with item III/11, the product must be returned within 14 days from the date HYDROTRADE is notified of the withdrawal. The product must be well-packed, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. Depending on the destination country, Customers may be charged additional fees related to parcel return, including VAT/local taxes, customs duties, etc. The Customer is solely responsible for these fees, even in the event of forced return. Taxes, duties or fees incurred in connection with the purchase will not be refunded.

  13. All non-EU Customers are responsible for covering all duty/tax charges.

  14. HYDROTRADE delivers free of charge only within the European Union. Outside the EU, the transport fee is EUR 38.00.

  15. The highest quality is guaranteed. The manufacturer guarantees a refund if the product’s technical parameters differ from the Technical Data Sheet.

IV. Payment Methods

  1. Payments may be made in the following ways:
    A. Bank transfer to the HYDROTRADE bank account, in accordance with the Store’s prepayment form.
    B. Online payment via the imoje.pl system.

The Store offers the possibility to choose the payment and shipping method in accordance with the information displayed during the order process.

V. Warranty and Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding mechanical damage to the shipment caused during transport will be considered only after a damage report has been drawn up and signed by the recipient and the courier/forwarder. The complaint processing time is 14 days.

  2. Upon receipt, the Buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment. In the event of damage, the Buyer must notify HYDROTRADE immediately via e-mail (info@hydrotrade.pl) and by phone: +48 32 431 00 42.

  3. Returning damaged goods requires prior contact with HYDROTRADE.

  4. Returned goods must not show any signs of use; they must be intact and in their original packaging. The return must be agreed upon via e-mail. Goods that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

  5. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

  6. In the event of a complaint, please contact HYDROTRADE via e-mail. When submitting a complaint, please provide full company details and a detailed description of the issue.

  7. The Customer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract in the following cases:
    – products showing signs of use,
    – products with damaged original packaging.

  8. For a complaint to be considered, the product must be sent to the HYDROTRADE address together with a description of the defect and a copy of the invoice.

  9. LIMITED WARRANTY

    HYDROTRADE warrants that each Cronne Filters is free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of twenty four (24) months from the date of arrival of the product at the distributor’s premises. Within such period of time, and at HYDROTRADE’s sole discretion, we shall replace or repair, free of charge, the products that HYDROTRADE deems to be defective provided that such products have not been damaged by the distributor/customer or improperly stored, installed or operated, misapplied or the defect is a result of any reason beyond HYDROTRADE’s control.

    In order to receive consideration under this warranty, the customer must, within thirty (14) days after discovery of damage, submit a claim directly to the address below. The customer must also allow HYDROTRADE or its agents to examine the filter, and, if required, the equipment, to determine the extent of damage and whether it was caused by a defective Cronne Filters. The filter must be returned, in its original, undamaged condition, to HYDROTRADE for examination.

    HYDROTRADE is not responsible for failures resulting from misuse, faulty installation, alteration, neglect, or accident. HYDROTRADE is not responsible for downtime, loss of income, living expenses or other incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is the sole warranty made by HYDROTRADE in regard to these filters. HYDROTRADE makes no other warranties, express or implied, or of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. HYDROTRADE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

VI. Final Provisions

  1. In cases of justified complaints or returns meeting the above terms, a refund will be issued via bank transfer to the account indicated by the Customer.

  2. HYDROTRADE reserves the right to change product prices. Price changes do not apply to orders already accepted for fulfillment. HYDROTRADE also reserves the right to withdraw specific products from the offer.

  3. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

  4. HYDROTRADE reserves the right to amend these Sales Conditions.

  5. All online filter parts offered are equivalent or interchangeable with original manufacturer parts. Original part names are used for reference purposes only.
